Sales Policy

Upgrades

By becoming a registered user you can use the component you purchased forever. In addition, you are entitled to free updates during one year since purchase date. All registered customers automatically receive free priority support for priority handling on all support requests.

Refunds

We have a NO REFUND sales policy. All sales of licenses for the components are FINAL.

Before purchasing a license, we can provide you with a trial version of any component we have for sale so that you can determine whether the component fits your business needs, works on your computer, and provides the benefits for which you will purchase the license.

You agree that if you do not utilize this evaluation period-that is provided at no charge-you voluntarily discharge Astonsoft from the obligation to provide such an evaluation period. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
